About
I'm a product designer with 5 years under their belt, leaning towards synthesis, workshop facilitation and outputting UI solutions that scale.
I have previously worked at Mark43, a public safety SaaS company, as well as Service NSW, one of NSW's digital government branches, working on evidence management software and biometric security respectively. In a previous life, I worked in the not-for-profit space, in a multitude of roles both locally and globally (and briefly dabbled in fashion, long story).
Now I work at WiseTech Global, designing platforms to support warehousing and container yard processes and (more recently) exploring, shaping, and educating how to be an AI-enabled designer.
Downtime Activities
When not designing, I love playing table-top role playing games like D&D, eating my way through a place while globe-trotting, or smacking my face on the court diving after a volleyball.

AI-Accelerated Design: Project Gandalf
I co-led a two-week structured experiment to explore how AI could accelerate interface design — without sacrificing the quality that WiseTech's design system demands. The result was a purpose-built, context-aware prototyping environment where Designers can go from prompt to a coded front-end prototype in minutes, combining our own research and what is available across the organisation.
Simplifying the Container Repair Process
I led the design efforts to make unloading, assessing, quoting, and approval of work to be done on a container easier. This project not only uplifted existing processes from a legacy system, but helped shape what mobile & tablet means for WiseTech's design system.
Forensic Services Evidence Triage
A new team created specifically for our client, I was tasked to design new features to accommodate for how local law enforcement processed evidence and ensured the process' integrity for court. This project changed how the company handled multi-user input and further heightened the importance of visibility within the product.
Face Verification for Identity Services
To help digitise the credential renewal process for working with children, I designed and tested the new 'face verification' process to remove the need to check in-person that you are in fact… you!
